About Harvest Goal Collective

An entrepreneur network designed to help ambitious women grow something meaningful

Harvest Goal Collective didn’t start with a five-year plan or fancy launch strategy

So often entrepreneurs feel like they have to have EVERYTHING figured out before jumping in.

But for Harvest, ‘having it all figured out’ looked more like having a feeling we couldn’t recreate anywhere else, a semi-clear mission, and the willingness to jump in feet first.

And, well, a perfectly timed NPR episode.

It’s a whole story, so let’s get into it.

But first, we need to travel back to 2022

It all started when founder Stephanie Exner spent every Friday afternoon in her therapy group surrounded by growth-focused women. Of course the personal work and finding balance in life was the main focus of the group, but what became unexpectedly fulfilling were the weekly check-ins, people to bounce ideas off of, and the insanely deep and honest conversations week after week.

After five years of consistent Fridays, the group dissolved. And in its place, it left a bigger gap for Stephanie than she had anticipated.

Steph still had all the ambition and goals she had set for herself. But the structure? The shared accountability? The momentum from being surrounded by people who cared??

No amount of accountability coffees could replace that feeling.

Then came the girl chat that changed everything

The same ambition and goals Stephanie was working towards came out one day when she and her friend Talia were talking about how fun it would be to start a business together. We all know that when savvy women put their heads together, anything’s possible.

And wouldn’tcha know it, right after this conversation, Steph was listening to NPR and heard a segment about a woman running accountability groups for C-level execs.

Her wheels started TURNING.

Immediately she imagined what it would be like to create an accountability group focused on achieving goals and finding balance in life. Something that felt warmer than traditional networking groups and more like a genuine intentional living community for ambitious people.

So they did the most early-entrepreneur thing possible: post about it on Facebook

Four people joined the first accountability group, and after a couple weeks, they all agreed they wanted to keep it going!

The conversations were exactly what all the people in that room were craving. They LOVED having others to connect with, celebrate accomplishments with, and people to lean on when they needed strength.

As more people started hearing about Harvest, more accountability groups popped up. Steph and Talia knew they had something incredible on their hands.

And just as fast as Harvest started, the community built itself!

It’s like all of these amazing people were just DESTINED to meet. Within a couple months, Harvest members started hiring each other. They started collaborating on new businesses. They were referring clients, sharing resources, and giving eachother (honestly, extremely valuable) business growth advice. The community organically created a powerful entrepreneur network and intentional living community rooted in real friendships.

This led to starting our online monthly networking events.
Then came the member-led workshops.
And even in-person community events throughout California and Vermont.

Looking back, we can confidently say that NONE of this came from a master plan or elaborate scaling strategy. It came from putting ambitious, thoughtful people in the same space and giving them the love and support they needed to flourish. Momentum took care of the rest.

Harvest proves that women THRIVE when they’re loved and supported

Above checking off goals and scaling businesses, Harvest Goal Collective has shown that women are wired for community. When you put growth-minded people together and give them a place that takes care of the WHOLE person, growth is inevitable.

Whether you’re looking for an entrepreneur network, want support finding balance in life, or want an intentional living community to lean on, Harvest truly is rooted in real connection and momentum.

If you’re looking for a community that is structured, intentional, and genuinely supportive, we’d love to welcome you in.

Nicole Meyer, Ventura, CA Chapter Director

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 15 years in the field of pelvic floor physical therapy and am a Certified Women’s Health Specialist, a specialist accredation by the APTA that is the highest designation for speciality in this field. I have an eclectic background which has brought my focus into the speciality areas of pelvic health, TMJ and Scoliosis. While treating both the jaw and the pelvic floor may seem like an odd combination, there is actually a lot of overlap in the two conditions, including comorbidity of conditions in addition to similar structure and physiology.

An individualized assessment is the foundation of my care, taking time to evaluate the whole person. I look beyond the injury presented to get the full picture of a person’s movement, posture, alignment and muscular restrictions across your body which may be more fully contributing to your pain. I will look deep into all areas of your health to get to the root of your pain and restore your body into full wellness.

Carlyn Carter Mariposa, CA Chapter Director

As a human resources consultant serving small businesses and nonprofits across California, I’ve seen how tough it can be to manage hiring, retention, and compliance—especially when you’re growing fast or wearing multiple hats. Maybe you’re hiring your first employee and want to do it right. Maybe you’re losing sleep over whether your policies are up to date. Or maybe you’re struggling to keep great people without the budget of a big company.

Social responsibility has driven me my whole life. I bring experience in teaching, research, and social work. And lots of passion and excitement. Since 2020, I’ve helped nonprofits and small businesses comply with HR regulations and build their teams. I’ve earned a BA and an MA in Psychology from USC and an MSHR from Pepperdine.

Robin Foley Pasadena, CA Chapter Director

My work as a money mindset coach is to help women unhook from scarcity, rewire their beliefs, and build a relationship with money that actually feels like freedom.

You weren’t born believing money is stressful, shameful, or always out of reach. But over time, those stories took shape through experiences, patterns, and messages you may not have even realized you absorbed.

Some of the most persistent beliefs don’t shout; they lurk quietly in the background, shaping how you think, feel, and act with money without your full permission.

Audrey Wang West LA, CA Chapter Director

Drawing from my wealth of experience as an Estate Director and my knowledge in High Performance, CliftonStrengths, and DiSC, I realized the profound impact I could make as a coach. The lessons I learned from working alongside influential leaders have become the foundation upon which I build a roadmap for success for my clients, helping them navigate the complexities of their personal and professional lives and ultimately achieve the remarkable levels of success they desire.

My mission is to empower my clients with the tools, strategies, and insights they need to optimize their performance, cultivate success-oriented habits, and create sustainable growth in all areas of their lives and help others overcome procrastination, take decisive action, communicate effectively, and discover their strengths to achieve extraordinary results.

What is Harvest?

We believe meaningful growth doesn’t happen overnight — and it doesn’t happen alone.

Most spaces for women in business and life focus on quick wins, loud confidence, or constant hustle. Harvest is different. We’re built on the idea that what you tend consistently — with care, accountability, and support — becomes something real you can stand on.

Harvest honors the long game.

It acknowledges seasons: times of planting, growth, rest, and momentum. It makes space for ambition and real life. Here, progress isn’t measured by perfection or speed, but by follow-through, clarity, and the steady accumulation of small wins.

At Harvest, goals aren’t chased in isolation. They’re held in community. We practice accountability that’s supportive, not punitive — rooted in relationships, not pressure. You don’t disappear when things get hard. You’re met, encouraged, and helped forward.

We call ourselves a collective because there’s no hierarchy here. Leadership is shared and open to all members. Wisdom is distributed. Everyone brings something to the table, and everyone benefits from what’s grown together.

Over time, members don’t just check boxes — they build confidence, connections, and momentum that lasts. They leave with clearer direction, stronger networks, and tangible results from the effort they’ve put in.

That’s what Harvest means to us.

Not hustle.
Not hype.
Just real growth, cultivated together.

A little history

On December 19, 2022, we held our first accountability group meeting, and by January 1, 2023, we clarified the mission and direction, and created Harvest Goal Collective. We scheduled regular accountability groups, and began to build a community of women who were highly motivated AND interested in lifting one another up.

This is Harvest Goal Collective.

Since then, we organically evolved into holding networking events, in-person socials, educational workshops, and co-op marketing tools for members.

As of July 2025, Harvest has facilitated over 750 events and groups for its community.
