You sit down to work and suddenly you’re ping ponging between your email, projects, managing clients, and trying to figure out the steps to your ‘big scaling idea #75’ of the day. And by the time that 9 pm hits, you realize that most of your to-do list will have to be pushed to tomorrow…again.
You WANT to make momentous steps in your life and business, but even with all the late nights and motivational coffees, you feel more stuck than ever.
As self-proclaimed goal setting experts, we know that this happens when there isn’t enough intentionality or rhythm holding your days, weeks, and months together.

Our members are of all ages and all stages. And while they’re all different, many have very similar goals (and wins!) like:
- Drinking more water (all-time #1 goal for our members!)
- Prioritizing date nights with their partners & friends
- Finishing needle-moving business tasks
- Trying new hobbies, or picking up an old one
- Growing their offers and elevating their services
- Removing “needs” and “shoulds” from their to-do lists

The structure inside our accountability groups
Each member is placed into a vibe-matched or themed accountability group that meets every two weeks. Led by our fearless leader Stephanie, our live note-taking service helps our members grow consistently week-to-week.
Inside each group:
- We engage in guided discussion prompts to get the conversation flowing
- Each person shares what they worked on and accomplished
- We explore what’s feeling stuck or misaligned
- The group offers reflection, ideas, and LOTS of encouragement
- Each member sets their intentions for the next meeting

It’s human nature to want to share the things happening in our days. And when you talk about your goal setting, your biggest dreams, and the hurdles to GET those dreams with high achievers who understand you, it helps you organize your thoughts, regulate your emotions, and take clearer next steps.
At Harvest Goal Collective, we’re all about leaning into our community because we know community makes us stronger, and accountability helps people achieve their goals. You bring your dreams, and we’ll bring you the support.
Questions about the accountability groups?
We aim for 3-6 members per group. We want to give each member PLENTY of time to talk about their goals and challenges that have come up while working on their goals.
Sessions are not recorded, because the discussions we’re having are very personal. If you can’t make your scheduled group, we do have a drop-in group on Wednesdays at 12:15 PST.
We either place members in a themed accountability group, or we go off shared interests and vibes. We have themed groups like money management, social media, and high performance that members are always welcome to request joining!
We meet every two weeks at your group’s scheduled times. We found that two weeks is the perfect time frame for people to work on their goal lists while also being a short enough time frame that they keep up their momentum!
