I’m an RYT 500 yoga teacher, certified Emotion Code facilitator, Reiki practitioner, and U.S. Army Veteran with dual master’s degrees in Cybersecurity and Integrative Health.

I support you through Nonviolent Communication, yoga therapy principles, The Emotion Code, and tantric embodiment practices helping you live life more fully, with greater clarity, emotional ease, and self-trust.
