About Your Host

Flo Speakman is a Los Angeles-based Harvest member who does it all – and means it. By day, she leads an IT company, navigating the fast-moving world of technology with focus and precision. By night (and weekends, and early mornings), she’s a dedicated dance mom, showing up fully for her family with the same energy she brings to everything else.

Flo knows firsthand what it means to manage complexity across every area of life – and she has a gift for helping others do the same. Her approach is direct, practical, and deeply human. She’s not here to hand you a solution. She’s here to think through it with you.
