Join us for this powerful workshop led by Dr. Lori Dinwiddie, for women who sense that something has been off for some time, maybe even know you are in the depths of perimenopause and are seeking support in your exploration, advocacy and how to deal with this transition. Together, we will go through the basics of Perimenopause, what this might look like in your life and how to best empower yourself through this transition.
Dr. Dinwiddie will guide you through a grounded, compassionate process to identify some of the symptoms, see how they have been impacting your life, and provide actionable strategies and resources in order to support you through this transition. In addition and possibly more importantly, she will provide actionable strategies in how to navigate this process AND how to do that mindfully, gracefully, compassionately to ourselves and within our relationships.
