Empathy Hour: Communication Skills You Didn’t Know You Needed
WHEN
Monday, October 19, 2026
11:30 am - 12:30 pm (America/Los_Angeles)
Join us, friends, for an educational discussion on nonviolent communication.
Many of us were never taught how to communicate in a way that creates understanding instead of defensiveness. In this conversation, we’ll explore common communication habits that unintentionally shut down compassion, create conflict, or leave us feeling unheard. Together, we’ll practice more grounded, connected ways of expressing ourselves so we can communicate with greater clarity, honesty, and care – without abandoning our own needs in the process.
