Join us for Lighten Up with Lela, a monthly virtual office hour designed to help women feel more grounded, clear, and supported in both life and business. This open-format session blends Human Design guidance, aromatherapy support, and real-time coaching in a relaxed, welcoming space where you can come exactly as you are.
If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, low-energy, or simply curious about how to work more naturally with your own rhythm, this hour is for you.
Bring your Human Design chart, your current questions, or simply what’s been feeling heavy lately. Lela will offer personalized insights to help you better understand your energetic blueprint and how to move through challenges with more ease and less resistance. You’ll also explore how essential oils and simple botanical rituals can support your mood, focus, and overall sense of balance.
One of the beautiful parts of this gathering is the shared experience. As others ask questions and receive support, you’ll often find your own answers reflected back through the conversation. This is very much the Harvest way—women learning, growing, and finding clarity together in community.
This is a casual drop-in virtual office hour for women, not a formal workshop, so there’s no pressure to arrive perfectly prepared. Bring your tea, your journal, and your favorite oils if you’d like.
