Stay on top of your finances without the overwhelm inside our Monthly Bookkeeping Power Hour for women (especially helpful for entrepreneurs). Held on the last Friday of every month for Core members (and guests!). This focused working session is designed to help you organize your books, complete your billing, and maintain clear, consistent financial systems in your business.

This is a true power hour. We begin with quick introductions (for anyone new), then each member shares their intention for the hour. From there, we mute, settle in, and get to work. It’s simple, effective, and built for real progress.

Whether you need to send invoices, reconcile your bank accounts, review expenses, or clean up your records, this session creates the space to move it forward. Some members use this time to work through tutorials (like QuickBooks), while others focus on completing their monthly financial tasks in real time.

This session also doubles as Harvest’s internal finance hour, where Steph calculates and processes Harvest referral fee payouts. (Since she facilitates this power hour, it’s her way of holding herself accountable to get this done as well!)

If you’ve been putting off your bookkeeping or feeling disconnected from your numbers, this is your monthly reset. Consistent financial check-ins are one of the most powerful habits you can build as a business owner. Doing it in community makes it easier to stay accountable.
