D. Lisa West is an Ojai-based artist, certified life and transformational coach, meditation guide, artist, and speaker — and one of the most authentically herself humans you’ll ever meet in a virtual room.

Her path to coaching wasn’t a straight line. She’s been a bellhop, a limo driver, a deckhand, and a commercial skipper on the Washington coast. She ran a business in Alaska, spent 35 years as a successful realtor, survived the 2008 market crash, went to art school, and somewhere in the middle of all of it — became deeply, deliberately herself.
That evolution led her to become a certified meditation teacher, spiritual coach, and dream doula. Today, D. Lisa’s mission is to help women harness their passion so they can live their most authentic, joyful lives. She bridges the gap between the creative-driven art world and the heart-aligned seekers — digging into the real, the weird, and the wonderful to help women find clarity and confidence.
