Come unwind with our members for a golden-hour evening on the beach. Nicole Meyer is hosting a member-only soundbath and sunset hangout at a private residence on Pierpont Beach… with plenty of time to connect, laugh, and just be together.
Bring an appetizer or beverage to share, and plan to spend the evening between the beach and indoors – so layer up! This one’s all about good people, good vibes, and a beautiful Ventura sunset.
About our host, Nicole
Nicole Meyer, PT, DPT, WCS, SST is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and board-certified Women’s Health Specialist with 17 years of experience treating pelvic floor disorders, TMJ, and scoliosis – recognizing the often-overlooked connections between these areas of the body.
Nicole has shared her expertise internationally, lecturing on postpartum care and sexual health at institutions including Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City, and served as President of the Northeastern Pelvic Floor Discussion Group. A Ventura native, she brings both clinical depth and genuine community roots to her practice – and when she’s not in the treatment room, you’ll find her hiking local hills, cooking, and staying a forever student of her craft.
