This office hour is interactive and experiential – and built on a single, practical idea: having a virtuous cycle of mindful prioritization eases guilt, shame, overwhelm and FOMO. When those emotions take over, we have to STOP in our tracks, DROP into ourselves, and ROLL with our truest priority.
