About Your Host, Lela
I’m Lela Jaacks – an artist, certified Bioenergetic Wellness Coach, Aromatherapist, a Human Design Guide (I’m a Reflector), and lifelong observer of the subtle ways women lose themselves while loving the people around them. For over a decade, I’ve been helping women notice what they can’t yet see: the invisible patterns shaping their days, their energy, and their sense of self.
