Summer series: Hot Girl Websites (That Actually Make Money)
You didn’t build a website just to have something to link in your bio.
Your website should be working for you, bringing in inquiries, building trust, and guiding people to book… even when you’re offline.
But for most people?
It’s just sitting there.
In this session, I’m breaking down what it actually looks like to have a website that works—and why most sites aren’t doing that right now.
We’re talking:

Izzy Waite is the founder of Izzy Waite Design, where she channels her passion for purpose-driven work into amplifying the voices of values-based entrepreneurs through creative design. After walking away from the social media tech industry when it no longer aligned with her values, Izzy built a career rooted in impact — a thread that runs all the way back to her co-founding a nonprofit dedicated to erasing the stigma around mental illness. A University of North Dakota graduate with a double degree in Graphic Design & Technology and Business Administration in Marketing, she brings a rare blend of strategic thinking and creative vision to every project, with one clear mission: helping driven entrepreneurs make a difference.
Harvest is a community for women who are building something – businesses, careers, creative pursuits, and lives they love. We create intentional spaces for real connection, collaboration, and growth. Member-led offerings like this session are at the heart of what Harvest is about: real women sharing real expertise, because we rise better together.
Want to go deeper? Harvest’s Core Membership offers an even more intimate experience — a close-knit circle of women who show up for each other weekly, share openly, and support one another through the real work of building a life and business you love. If you’re ready for that kind of community, we’d love to welcome you in.
