SUMMARY:Break Up With Broke
DESCRIPTION:Join us for Break Up With Broke\, a powerful workshop led by Robin Foley for anyone who feels stuck in stressful\, confusing\, or self-sabotaging money patterns. This session is for Harvest members and guests who sense that their relationship with money is being shaped by old beliefs\, quiet habits\, or inherited stories that no longer fit. Together\, we will gently bring those patterns into the light so you can understand what has really been driving your financial decisions. \nRobin will guide you through a grounded\, compassionate process to identify the money beliefs still running in the background\, see how they have been impacting your life\, and begin rewriting them from the root. This is not about affirmations or quick fixes. It is about honest awareness\, choice\, and creating a healthier\, more supportive relationship with money moving forward. You are always in control of what you share\, and the space is intentionally judgment-free. \nMany members return to this workshop again and again\, discovering new layers\, insights\, and breakthroughs each time as they continue growing their confidence and relationship with money. \nAbout Robin: Robin Foley is a money mindset coach who helps women understand the deeper patterns driving their financial lives. After years in a feast-or-famine cycle as a freelance artist\, she learned how to partner with her brain and body to create more stability\, confidence\, and possibility with money. Her work blends neuroscience-backed tools\, identity work\, and nervous system regulation to meet people exactly where they are.

SUMMARY:Coffee & Curious Minds: Networking + SPARK Conversation Cards (Glassell Park\, CA)
DESCRIPTION:Good coffee. Big ideas. Interesting women. \nCome grab a coffee\, meet some new friends\, and spark a few interesting conversations! Harvest is coming to Glassell Park for a casual morning of networking\, connection\, and creative thinking\, with a little help from the SPARK conversation cards by Idea Citizen and the thoughtful perspective of local midlife identity coach and sound bath facilitator Melissa Del Gratta. \nWe’re mixing up our usual networking format with thought-provoking prompts designed to get us talking about our ideas\, experiences\, and the things we’re curious about. Some questions might help you see something differently\, others might inspire a new idea or introduce you to someone you’d never otherwise meet. \nWe’ll gather in small groups\, pull a few SPARK cards\, share our thoughts\, and make room for plenty of casual conversation along the way. \nNo pitches\, no presentations\, and definitely no pressure to have all the answers. Just good coffee\, interesting women\, and the opportunity to connect beyond the usual “So\, what do you do?”\nWhether you’re building a business\, exploring a creative idea\, navigating a new chapter in midlife\, or simply looking to meet more women in your community\, we’d love to have you. \nAll women are welcome. Free to attend\, and you don’t need to be a Harvest member. Just bring yourself and plan to purchase your favorite coffee or tea! \nAbout Harvest & Your Hosts \nHarvest Goal Collective is a welcoming community of women supporting one another in business\, personal growth\, and life through genuine connections\, shared experiences\, and kind accountability. \nThis gathering is hosted by Stephanie Exner\, founder of Harvest Goal Collective; Melissa Del Gratta\, a midlife identity coach and local sound bath facilitator who helps women reconnect with themselves through reflection and mindful experiences; and Jackie Domanus of Idea Citizen\, bringing her SPARK conversation cards to encourage curiosity\, fresh perspectives\, and meaningful connections. \nCome curious. Leave connected.

SUMMARY:Mental Health Book Club
DESCRIPTION:Join Kristin Russell\, PhD\, licensed psychologist\, for the first of a three-part book club exploring The Body Keeps the Score by Bessel van der Kolk\, MD. This groundbreaking book offers invaluable insight into how your brain and body have evolved to help you survive life’s challenges—even when those same survival responses can make it difficult to truly thrive. While the book is rich with life-changing information\, it can also feel overwhelming to read on your own. \nSession 1: Fri Aug 28\, 12-1pm pst\nUnderstanding that our brain wiring is about surviving — still \nWe’ll explore the anatomy of the brain\, how trauma changes neural pathways\, and why responses such as hypervigilance\, people-pleasing\, emotional shutdown\, or fight\, flight\, and freeze are often signs of adaptation rather than dysfunction. \nSession 2: Fri Oct 23\, 12-1pm pst\nThe second of three book club sessions will focus on Sections III and IV.  Kristin will share how attachment and adverse childhood events impact how we experience and manage emotions. She will also discuss how impacted nervous systems can interfere with healthy relationships.  Finally\, the importance for survivors and professionals to accurately understand how developmental trauma impacts future functioning is essential to receiving appropriate diagnoses and treatment. \nSession 3: Fri Dec 4\, 12-1pm pst\nThe last book club for The Body Keeps the Score will address Part V: Paths to Recovery.  Kristin will share why insight and understanding alone don’t help the emotional brain out of the effects of the trauma.\nWhat healing options exist\, and how do they work? This session will focus on the therapies\, practices\, and interventions that help restore safety\, regulation\, and resilience for those who have suffered from trauma. \nWhether you’re reading for personal growth\, professional development\, or simply curiosity\, you’re invited to join us for meaningful conversation and learning in community. \nAbout our host\, Kristin Russell:  \nKristin Russell\, PhD is a licensed psychologist and coach. For more than 30 years\, Kristin has partnered with women to treat mood and anxiety disorders\, helping them navigate life’s challenges with greater resilience\, self-understanding\, and emotional well-being. She is deeply dedicated to empowering women to offer themselves the same compassion\, care\, and understanding they so readily extend to everyone else. \nHer greatest passion is teaching women the tools they need to regulate their emotions so they can move beyond simply surviving the demands of work\, family\, relationships\, and everyday stress. She has learned that by understanding our emotional systems\, we become far more capable of remaining calm\, managing stress effectively\, and thriving—even amid life’s inevitable chaos. Her goal is to help women transform into the strongest\, most authentic versions of themselves and create lives that reflect their true potential.
