Lake Arrowhead, CA
November 13-16, 2026

…and away we go! We’re so excited to welcome you to Lake Arrowhead this November.

We created this retreat because we know how difficult it is to find uninterrupted time to actually think about our lives. We spend so much of our time responding… to work, family, clients, emails, appointments and everyone who needs something from us.

For four days, you don’t have to do that.

Your meals are handled. Your room is yours. Your schedule is intentionally spacious.

Robin, D. Lisa and I will be there to help you think, dream, work through ideas and figure out what you want your next chapter to look like – but there will also be plenty of time to walk, talk, make art, sit by the lake, play pickleball, take a nap or do absolutely nothing.

You don’t need to arrive with a perfectly defined goal. Just bring yourself, some curiosity, and whatever has been taking up space in your head lately.

We can’t wait to spend these four days with you.

xo,
D. Lisa, Robin & Steph

This is not a conference.

There are no marathon days of sitting in a meeting room, and you don’t have to participate in every optional activity.

We’ve intentionally created a rhythm of conversation + learning + space.

You’ll spend part of each day in guided workshops designed to help you think differently about your life, leadership, creativity, money, visibility and what’s next. Then you’ll have time to let those ideas breathe.

Take a walk. Find someone interesting and keep talking over coffee. Make something in the art studio. Play pickleball. Sit by yourself. Work on your business. Get in the jacuzzi. Take a nap.

Some of the most important moments of the weekend may happen outside the workshops.

Follow your energy.

Meet Your Guides

Robin Foley, Founder Identity & Money Mindset Coach

Robin Foley helps women transform their relationship with leadership and money by uncovering the inherited beliefs, emotional patterns, and nervous system responses that influence how they earn, receive, and grow.

Her work blends mindset coaching with deep personal transformation, helping women build businesses from a place of confidence, self-trust, and enoughness rather than fear or scarcity.

At the retreat, Robin will lead workshops on founder identity, money mindset, and stepping fully into the role of leader – empowering participants to expand both their confidence and their capacity for success.

D. Lisa West is an artist, certified transformational coach, speaker, and meditation teacher who helps women reconnect with their intuition, creativity, and authentic purpose.

Through intentional practices, manifestation principles, creative expression, and mindfulness, she guides women toward greater clarity, confidence, and alignment.

At the retreat, D. Lisa will lead sessions on creativity as a leadership tool, how to connect with our intuition through our dreams, manifestation through aligned action, and authentic social media marketing, helping participants reconnect with their vision while building the confidence to share it with the world.

Stephanie Exner is the founder of Harvest Goal Collective, a thriving community that helps women turn ideas into action through accountability, strategy, and meaningful relationships.

With nearly three decades of experience building businesses, producing events, and creating communities, Stephanie specializes in helping women clarify their vision, develop practical business strategies, and confidently take the next steps toward their goals.

During the retreat, she’ll guide participants through business planning, offer development, goal setting, and creating a clear roadmap for their next season of growth.

Come exactly as you are.

You don’t need to have your next chapter figured out before you arrive.

That’s why we’re going away.

Bring the idea you’ve been sitting on. The question you haven’t answered. The business problem you keep circling. The thing you’re ready to change. Or simply the feeling that you’re ready for something different.

For four days, you’ll have room to think—and women to think alongside you.

We’ll see you in the mountains.
