Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for this event at this time.

Transfer of Registration

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another participant approved by Harvest no later than October 30, 2026. Any balance due must be paid in full before the transfer is completed.

Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event that Harvest must cancel the retreat, all payments made to Harvest will be refunded in full. Harvest is not responsible for airfare, transportation, lodging outside the retreat, or other travel-related expenses.

We strongly encourage participants to purchase travel insurance if they have concerns about unforeseen circumstances affecting their attendance.
