You’ll spend a few hours inside a stunning mid-century Pasadena home while our team guides you through the entire experience — so you never have to wonder what to do next.
When you arrive, you’ll begin with professional hair and makeup along with wardrobe guidance to help you choose outfits that feel aligned with your brand. This relaxed start gives you time to settle in, enjoy refreshments, and feel confident before stepping in front of the camera.
You’ll be guided through a natural photo session capturing polished headshots and lifestyle brand images. We’ll also capture short-form video clips on your device so you can easily create content for social media and your website.
The shoot takes place inside a stunning mid-century Pasadena home filled with natural light and thoughtfully designed interiors. Between sessions you can relax, connect with other entrepreneurs, and enjoy refreshments while creating content for your brand.

Sheena is a Southern California brand photographer and the founder of Vàve, a name inspired by the Gujarati word for “sow seeds.”
With a background in graphic design and global creative influences, she brings an art-directed eye to every shoot. Her approach blends documentary-style ease with thoughtful brand storytelling, creating images that feel natural, intentional, and true to the people behind the business.
Robin has a gift for helping women feel relaxed and confident in front of the camera — even if you normally feel awkward being photographed.
Her sessions focus on capturing the real personality behind your brand, turning natural moments into images that feel authentic, polished, and unmistakably you. Robin believes your uniqueness isn’t something to hide — it’s the whole point.
Marnie is the creative eye behind the wardrobe styling for our Content Shoot Day. Known for her sustainability mission, her perfectly pre-loved approach to fashion at Luxe Cloth Collection is where she curates high-quality secondhand pieces that are intentional and full of personality.
Before the shoot, Marnie carefully selects pieces with each guest in mind and will guide you through a quick styling session to refine your look during our pre-planning call. Her goal is simple: to help you step in front of the camera feeling confident, comfortable, and completely like yourself.
Paris is the friendly force behind the flow of Content Shoot Day. With her warm, compassionate energy and sharp eye for style, Paris helps every guest feel comfortable and confident on set. She coordinates hospitality, keeps the schedule running smoothly, assists with styling, and helps direct video so everyone knows exactly where to be and when — making the entire experience feel seamless and fun.
Steph is the creator and producer of the Content Shoot Day and the co-founder of Harvest Goal Collective, a community that helps women grow their businesses through connection, accountability, and support. She’s known for creating thoughtful experiences where women feel relaxed, welcomed, and taken care of so they can show up confidently.

Your remaining balance will be invoiced on April 16, 2026, two days before the shoot.
Once your deposit is made, you will receive an email (check your spam/junk!) with a link to book your 3.5 hour shoot time and a pre-event planning call with the team, along with all the details you’ll need to make the day smooth.

Booking Policy
Your $325 deposit secures your session time and is non-refundable.
If your plans change, you may cancel any time before April 16 and you will not be responsible for the remaining balance.
After April 16, the full package price is due.
