It wasn’t the structure that made the room.

For five years, founder Stephanie Exner spent every Friday morning in a therapy group with a room full of women who genuinely, deeply wanted to grow. And what made those Fridays irreplaceable wasn’t the format — it was the people inside it. Their honesty. Their desire. The way they showed up, week after week, with their real lives in hand and the courage to look at them together.

The fact that those specific humans found their way into that specific room, and grew alongside one another for five years — that felt nothing short of amazing. And when the group ended, what Steph grieved wasn’t the agenda or the format. It was the particular electricity of people who are genuinely trying, being witnessed by other people who are genuinely trying.

That’s what she wanted to recreate. Not a program. Not a membership. A room worthy of the right people — and a way to make sure it kept existing.

I built Harvest Goal Collective from four people in an accountability group to a multi-chapter, international community — not from a master plan, but from putting the right people in the same room and giving them structure, love, and a reason to keep showing up.

What if I can’t make one of the live sessions?

Every session is recorded and yours to keep. You won’t fall behind — and you’re always welcome to bring questions from the recording to the next live session.

Do I need an existing audience or following?

Not at all. One full session is dedicated to building your first cohort from scratch — including how Harvest grew through local events, word of mouth, and invitation-based selling. You don’t need a big platform to start a meaningful room.

What if I’ve tried a membership before and it fizzled?

That’s honestly exactly why this exists. Most memberships fail because they’re built around chat activity instead of committed presence. Create the Room teaches a completely different architecture — one designed around ritual, attendance, and retention from day one.

Is this only for coaches?
