WHY THESE EXIST
Most community training teaches the what.
This teaches the how.
Each one is a standalone session, taught live by Stephanie Exner, founder of Harvest Goal Collective. Come for one or come for all four — they run on consecutive Fridays in October and November 2026 so you can take them as a series if you’d like. Next cohort: January 2027.
Four sessions.
One complete leadership practice.
How to facilitate a room where people feel genuinely safe to be honest, be seen, and be held to their word — without it feeling heavy, punitive, or performative.
There’s a particular kind of trust required in an accountability group — the kind that makes someone willing to say the thing they haven’t said out loud yet. That trust doesn’t happen automatically. It’s created, intentionally, by a leader who knows how to hold a room without controlling it. In this masterclass, we go deep on the art of facilitation that feels genuinely safe: how to invite honesty without forcing it, how to hold someone to their word without shaming them, and how to create the conditions where real progress — not performance — becomes the norm. If you’re leading any kind of group container, this is the foundational skill everything else is built on.
How to hold your own energy, say no gracefully, and protect the room without closing yourself off.
The most generous thing you can do for your community is protect your own energy. And yet for most community leaders, boundaries are the last thing they figure out — usually after they’ve already burned out, over-given, or started resenting the very room they built. This masterclass is about learning to hold yourself as carefully as you hold your members. We’ll cover how to say no in a way that actually strengthens trust, how to set limits that protect the culture of your room, and how to stay open and warm without becoming a container that leaks. Because a community is only as sustainable as the person running it.
What to do when energy drops, someone dominates, or the vibe shifts. Practical tools for staying grounded as a leader when your community needs you most.
Every community, at some point, will have a moment that tests you. Energy drops. Someone takes up too much space. A conflict surfaces, or a tension sits unspoken and heavy in the room. What you do in those moments defines the kind of leader you are — and the kind of community you’re building. This masterclass gives you the practical tools to stay grounded when the room needs you most: how to redirect without shutting down, how to address what’s happening without making it a bigger deal than it needs to be, and how to come back to connection even when things feel off. The leaders who can navigate these moments are the ones whose communities last.
How to show up authentically as a community leader — modeling the openness that gives your members permission to do the same.
The most magnetic community leaders share something of themselves. Not everything — but enough. Enough that their members feel like they’re following a real human, not a polished persona. The problem is that most people either share too little and feel distant, or share too much and blur the boundary between leader and member. This masterclass teaches you to find the line — how to model the openness and courage you want to see in your room, without making your members responsible for your processing. When you get this right, something shifts. Your members stop waiting for permission to be real. They follow your lead.
