Harvest Goal Collective
Where dreams come to life in a supportive space that's vibrant, safe and empowering.
By Women, for Women
We are a unique community developed by two friends, where women of all ages come together in every-other-week meetings on zoom for support on their personal, professional and educational goals. We also offer networking and educational community events every month.
Self-Care Reset
Women join our accountability groups to develop consistent routines for things like exercise, healthy eating, and basic self-care; others to stop an unwanted habit; others join for the social connection with other women going through the normal challenges of everyday life.
Alone in your entrepreneurship journey?
Many of our members are business owners, with aspirations of an independent lifestyle. Running a business alone without a staff or team can be an incredible challenge! There's simply nothing like having a group of supportive women also going through similar experiences to build your resources and get you motivated. Whether you're years into your entrepreneurship journey or just getting your feet wet, a Harvest group is a game changer for the solopreneuer.
Grow within a community
Harvest groups are non-judgmental, safe and supportive spaces. Our facilitators ensure open and warm meetings, while the wisdom and bond of the group provides validation, motivation, and positivity. We stand by you and are here for you every step of the way on your journey. Say hello to your new favorite support system :)

Meet the Founders
Talia and Steph met back in 2008, at My Gym in Thousand Oaks, California. Steph was taking her then two-year old son to Talia's engaging baby gym class. They became friends immediately - Talia's energy as a teacher and coach was infectious, warm and positive. And Steph seriously attempted to marry her into the family. (No joke. Didn't work.) Since then, they've been each other's biggest cheerleaders, bonding over entrepreneurship journeys, creative passions and... parenting.
They supported and championed one another's dreams as they pursued their own distinct professional paths, and in 2022, the duo joined forces to develop a way to support other women's journeys too.
December 19, 2022
In the search to discover the next steps together, they held an accountability meeting for themselves - to state their goals (and potential goals?), record the steps necessary and then check-in two weeks later. The inspiration was born. On December 19, 2022, they held the first group accountability meeting, and on January 1, 2023, they made the mission and direction clear, and became Harvest Goal Collective.
Talia Schneiderman
Talia has a BA in Art History from UC Berkeley. For 10 years, she was a parent-child teacher at My Gym, and later became Operations Support Coach in the franchise. She has been an acting teacher at the Baron Brown Studio in Santa Monica, a health & wellness coach, and most recently started a small business inspired by her grandmother, selling vintage wares at a small shop in Ventura. She is the mother of two young children and is inspired by making connections with others.
Stephanie Exner
Stephanie has a BA in Psychology from UCLA, and her favorite quote is: "I am always doing things I can't do. That's how I get to do them." -Pablo Picasso. While her early career was in corporate marketing, she's currently interested in hands-on projects in real estate, community composting and crafting of all sorts. She co-founded Harvest during a time when she needed an accountability group herself, to help create focus on what was next! At her home in South Pasadena, she's doing life with her husband, kids, three cats and a dog!
